The old historic "Warminster Manor" (now Mike's York Street Bar & Grill) had been abandoned and vacant for over 6 years. Renovations were undertaken using very strict guidelines from the US Department of the Interior. The orgininal exterior was restored. Additions were required to be distinct from the original, thus are very different shapes and materials. The interior is all out dramatic.
