New Britian Township, PA.  The client was negotiating to buy a "log home kit" from a manufacturer in North Carolina.  They had picked the exterior package, however they wanted to modify the interior layout.  Some features had to be upgraded to local codes.  The challenge was to make make the design changes, coordinate with the manufacturer, and do it within a tight deadline.  It all got done.

For this project we used a pre-engineered, pre-fabricated foundation system from Superior Walls.  Superior is a fabulous outfit to work with.  They will customize and coordinate just about anything you want.
All these wrapped packages are "the kit."  Bundles of logs and a big set of instructions.

In the background is a custom field built garage for which the log home manufacturer provided siding to match the house.  A crew of Amishmen erected the house, the Owner built the garage.
