Richboro, PA, Bucks County.
This house sits on an irregular corner lot, and was neglected for years.  The site slopes dramatically, with a super view over a valley.    With help of the Zoning Hearing Board, the program became adding a ground floor master bedroom suite, with second floor above, then update the rest.  CDA appreciates the challenge.
 
It now has a central "turret" connecting the old to new.  The porches wrap the whole package.
 
The pictures below are approaching the conclusion, substituting snow for established turf.  Come back and visit next summer for landscaping.
