New Family Room and Master Suite:
The goal of this project was to build a family room and second floor Master Bedroom suite.  Also note the new entry vestible, where the Owner installed her own beautiful custom tile design.  The existing garage plus part of the addition formed the family room.  A new "oversize" single car garage was added.  The space above the new family room became the new Master Suite.  The attic above the new garage is a large walk-in closet.

The new front of the house with new addition.  The bay window is the former garage door.

New patio doors from new family room to terrace.  The balcony is from the new Master Suite, and the gable is the new Master Bath.  The Owner did all of the tile work, and did it well.
