Office Building Renovation
Hatboro, PA
This building sits at the
corner of York and Moreland Roads in the center of Hatboro. The
new Owner was
relocating from other space in town. The goal was a better street
image enhansing the
business. This renovation started with a total gut of this corner
space
while keeping two other tenants in place. The space was upgraded
to be current with codes, including making the space "handicapped
accessible." To help achieve
prominance of position, and to respect the scale of
adjoining buildings, the facade was raised five feet. All new
exterior
graphics and finishes were applied.
